FINDING STUFF TO SELL ON EBAY HAS NEVER BEEN EASIERFinding Stuff To Sell On eBay has never been easier when you use the method I outline below.Its one of my most coveted methods at getting the brain juices flowing in order to find stuff tosell on eBay or any place else for that matter. I use this exact method to find things to sell onAmazon, my other websites, and to discover topics to write about and ultimately monetize insome way.This is my down and dirty method of finding stuff to sell on eBay, by discovering popular nichesand specific products in those niches. Its a simple and quick two-step method that tells me howmany people are watching an auction, what the current bid price is, and how many of a specificitem were sold in the past, if any. You can also get information on the most bid on items in anycategory. I get all this information without having to go to eBay and search on the completedauctions listings.The first part of the method starts out at eBay Pulse to find out whats popular in any category. Itend to search on categories that interest me. However, Ill look in a category like DVDs becauseI know I can go to my local thrift store or Goodwill to pick up inexpensive DVDs that tend toalways be popular such as Disney DVDs. Not only that, DVDs are easy to ship. If yourethinking you cant make any money selling DVDs, think again. Disney DVDs still fetch a niceprice depending on which ones, and they are fairly easy to find.So once you find a category thats popular, try to dig down into a niche because youll have lesscompetition for these items. Afterwards, head over to Watchcount.com. This is a website thatshows you whats most popular on eBay as voted by eBay users. I still like to go to eBay Pulsefirst though because it shows you different categories within a category like "Clothing, Shoes &Accessories--Womens Handbags & Bags."Watchcount has the main categories listed on the left and if you click on one of the categories, itwill show you whats popular in that main category. On eBay Pulse, you will see the top tensearches within any niche category. Find one you are interested in and plug it into the Keywordssearch box on Watchcount and click on the "Show Me Whats Popular" button and the resultswill show whats most popular in the niche youve chosen. You can enter anything you want tosearch for on Watchcount, however, if youre like me and need help with niche ideas, thatswhere eBay Pulse comes in handy.I recently did a search on eBay Pulse and clicked on the "Baby" category, then clickedKeepsakes & Baby Announcements. Baby Shower Decorations showed up as a top 10 search. Iclicked on that category and it took me to the live listings page on eBay for Baby ShowerDecorations. There were only 8 results for that category (however, sellers were listing in othercategories for a total of 1,249 listings--not bad at all!).I then went over to Watchcount.com and did a search for Baby Shower Decorations to get thenumber of "watchers" on each auction, current bid price, and past sales. I get all this informationon one page without having to click on different auctions at eBay and check out the "completed"auctions to see what sold and what didnt. However, when I get really interested in one particular

product, I will click on the link and check out the seller on eBay to see what the item has sold forin the past (Watchcount does not provide this information).This is a great way to find out whats popular, how popular it is by the number of watchers on theauction, what the current bid price is, and if many of the same items have been sold before.Referring back to the Baby Shower Decorations example, if you are someone thats crafty andcan make nice, unique baby shower decorations, or know where you can get discounted orwholesale decorations, this may be a good niche for you.EBay Pulse combined with Watchcount is a great way to get the creative juices flowing, and tofigure out what kind of stuff to sell on eBay, Amazon, or on your own website.
