Where We Add Value Increase Value from Lower-Scored Leads Since our process can work thru leads more effectively than most sales teams, we have been used to work thru the lower half of a batch of scored leads, so that the out-bound sales team is only working the highest scored leads, and our platform is used to work the lower half. Convert Data Leads to Qualified In-Bound Calls Allow firms that prefer In-bound over Out-bound sales models to be able to take advantage of traditional Internet data leads, which is the most common type of lead available today. Where Hot Transfers May Not Add Value
Low Lead Volumes If a client has an out-bound team, but is unable to keep them full with new Data Leads either because of cost or availability, then Hot Transfers may not make sense. This is because they are already paying the outbound staff, and they probably have the time to work thru the leads. If they can cut staff, then Hot Transfers may add value to help increase utilization of the new reduced staff to produce the same or better results.
No Inbound capabilities If a customer doesn’t have the ability to receive in-bound calls, then Hot Transfers will not work.
