      • Prior to the workshop MVRPC conducted an extensive and detailed regional crash analysis with 2002-2004 crash data
      • ‘ High Crash Locations ’ identified through regional crash analysis and workgroup discussions at the workshop

    6. SFY2009 Roadway Safety Forum
      • SFY2009 Regional Crash Analysis was conducted by using updated crash data for the years 2005-2007 –
      • MVRPC hosted 2009 Roadway Safety Forum on April 16, 2009
      • MVRPC developed four large-format safety posters including Summary, Background and Crash Data, and Special Studies
      • Posters included GIS-based maps to highlight locations identified as high-, medium-, and low-risk for roadway safety (i.e. priority locations)
