One of the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is its integration capabilities with all of the other Microsoft products. For example, you can easily set up your system to synchronize contacts, tasks and appointments from AX over to Outlook so that you have it while you are on the go.

In this example we will show how you can flag contacts to be synchronized and also set up the synchronization between your Dynamics AX 2012 client and Outlook.

  • 2. Flag Contacts forSynchronizationYou don’t necessarily want all of the contacts withinDynamics to be copied over to Outlook. To selectivelymove contacts from Dynamics AX over to Outlook, justselect the ones that you are interested in and click on theAdd to Microsoft Outlook contacts button in the ribbonbar. © 2013.
