Notes on slide 1

Checklist for all trainers 6 weeks prior to training session, ensure: Trainers to agree on date and time of training (preferably 2 trainers confirmed with 1 trainer as a backup/standby) Training location (eg Boardroom/Meeting Room) has been booked Equipment has been booked (PC, network access, projector) Liaise with Carolyn Chin-Parry AND Kristy Dusting to confirm training date/time/location (Amy Chen will support Kristy with coordination etc) 4 days prior to training session, ensure: List of participant names have been provided Refreshments have been ordered Print out copies of slides according to participant numbers (might be worthwhile to make 1-2 extra copies and preferably print Powerpoint slides as handouts with 3 slides per page. Trainers may want to print Powerpoint slides as “Notes Pages” so you can read the supporting notes for trainers. At the start of all training sessions: Get to training location at least 30 minutes prior to set up Ensure PC with network access and projector are working Log onto Magellan and leave BA Toolkit page open Collect refreshments Wipe whiteboard and ensure marker pens are working Provide copies of training slides to participants At the end of all training sessions: *Provide training feedback sheet to participants and collect them when completed (*more details to follow on this) Tidy up training room Log off PC and switch off all appliances Note: the Radius framework is now called Compass – re-branding process is currently underway in Magellan.
