  1. 1. The ‘BO’ explained. <ul><li>For city governments, businesses, other organisations and all people interested. </li></ul>
  2. 2. <ul><ul><li>Busine sses, other organisations or individual people offering any type of Product, Service, Information or Entertainment (PSIE) in need for clients, tourists, patients, visitors, members, donators, participants, supporters etc. (clients+). They also have an employee who speaks another or international language. We call them collectively: ‘BO’s’. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Following 2 types of user situations we see 2 types of BO situations: </li></ul></ul>‘ BO’s’ defined ‘ BLUE ICONS’ Due to the nature of their PSIE, clients+ must come to their location, shop or point of delivery. Or delivery takes place more or less within the city. These clients+ are mainly consumers / tourists, sometimes businesses. ‘ GREEN BOATS’ Due to the nature of their PSIE, they are able to offer and ship or deliver it cross border. Clients+ don’t need to come to their location. They are mainly businesses importing, could be consumers buying online as well.
  3. 3. Overview Users: BO’s: The Blue Line: the User goes abroad and find there a BO where they speak his/ her language. People being abroad, don’t speak the local language. They speak their native language. ‘BLUE TRAVELERS’ BO’s marketing in their city. An employee also speaks a foreign language; The Blue Travelers language. ‘BLUE ICONS’ People buying internationally, receiving goods or services in their country, in the office or at home. Speaking their language. ‘GREEN GLOBES’ BO’s selling & delivering internationally, exporting. With an employee who speaks the language of the Green Globe. ‘GREEN BOATS’ The Green Line: Find BO’s located abroad but they are offering to you in your language.

Working for this Dutch business is Mr. Floris van der Ven who speaks English as well. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>When applying for an address listing on MultiLingualCity.com he chooses the English language section, fills in the address data, a description text and he chooses or suggestes up to three search tags.
