  • 2. Infosys.com www.peppersquare.com GENERAL USABI TEST LITY 1. http://www.infosys.com/default.asp Logo is less prominent Opinions heading does not say what the user can because of the black colour expect. band on the right side Clicking on Discuss is taking the user to Post comment section. This is confusing. Blogs doesn’t look clickable. Looks like the other headings. Infosys Offerings and Infosys Global are not clickable but the treatment is similar to Blogs. Search bar is lost in this site. Use convention. Preferably on the right top of all the pages. Homepage overall doesn’t brand Infosys for what it stands. Usability testing Infosys.com Page 1 of 4
  • 3. Infosys.com www.peppersquare.com 2. http://www.infosys.com/newsroom/media-subscribe.asp?sub=Media Suggest to mention * indicates required information at top of the table for better user experience. Rota is selected as a default country. Usability testing Infosys.com Page 2 of 4
  • 4. Infosys.com www.peppersquare.com 3. http://www.infosys.com/default.asp This image doesn’t depict the “Tomorrow’s Global Company”. Overall in the entire website there are no people of Indian origin pictures. 4. http://www.infosys.com/newsroom/press-releases/default.asp Lack of consistency, here it is showing download and the word PDF is missing. • 5. Infosys.com www.peppersquare.com 5. Lack of consistency in search button http://www.infosys.com/default.asp Search term is inside the box with gray background. Suggest using white background http://www.infosys.com/flat-world/business/default.asp Search term is outside the box so the consistency is lost. Readability is very low with grey background. 6. The menu bar is different in pages https://careers.infosys.com/Careerplus/aspx/homepage.aspx http://www.infosys.com/contact/americas.asp Usability testing Infosys.com Page 4 of 4
