I presented my learning being an entrepreneur and bringing the best minds together to work with me at the Selectigence HCMnext conference in Pune. I believe that people are the greatest asset any organisation can have. At pepper square we hire people only from social media, jobs sites, reference and our website. Our work philosophy is to hire people who are extraordinary and result driven. We like to work with people who are go-getters, focused, passionate perfectionists, able to mould their minds like clay and are committed to pepper square.
