The project, which involves the development of residential housing, commercial centers and IT Parks in an area of approx. 11 million square feet, is expected to surpass all global standards.

Punj Lloyd has joined hands for developing 2.5 million sq. ft. of group housing, spread over an area of 29 acres. This collaboration is yet another jewel in our crown. Management and supervision of the project by Sembawang (Asia’s leading infrastructure company) as per international standards will surely change the scenario in the real estate industry.

Deutsche Bank has joined hands & invested in one of our projects.
