This booklet has the aim to provide you enable your creativity and give you glimpse of the leadership experience that you can create for your members. Manual for using the Library of Leadership: 1) These are proposed positions that you can create in your LC. You dont have to apply all of the at the same time or structure. 2) The number of the positions you are going to create depends on your HR Capacity and also your LC Goal and ambition 3) The right structure can drive your performance significantly 4) The KPIs and Responsibilities can be upgraded, increased or decreased in the way they are 5) These are only the core parts of the JD! You should add roles, KPIs, competencies and skills required, timelien and future steps for each individual different position 6) Dont be afraid to be creative and take risks. This is the only way to privide more students with enriching leadership experience 7) Enabling more members reaching for leadership roles is the first step to providing them opportunitiy to experience Full AIESEC experience later on (X+L) 8) We are not going to compromize with the quality of the experience! MT/TT/ET TL Team planning with the VP ICX Analyze the external and internal supply and demand Analyze and segment the external company market Execute negotiation and sales meetings for attracting new TN Takers Ensure follow-up of the meetings Allocate company contacts and prospects among the team members Raising and matching new TN takers Managing the team Deliver the necessary ICX trainings to educate and ensure better performance of the team b. She/he is responsible to audit, track and manage the financial flow and the finacial decisions making of each department, implement financial strategies, as well as financial sustainability. 2. Responsibilities a. ICX TL  Communicate with ICX TN Manager in order to implement the national ICX standardized process.  Compile and update the realized MT/TT/ET TN and Trainee Database.  Accounts Receivable database complied and A/R management  Deliver regular finance training in ICX to improve members’ finance awareness.  Responsible for the monthly reimbursement of ICX members  Make monthly Finance Newsletter about ICX. b. OGX TL  Make Budget and Audit for all the events of OGX. Collect and store all the source documents.  Communicate with OGX EP Manager in order to implement the national OGX standardized process.  Compile Exchange Participates Database for OGX.  Compile Returnee database, including returnee internship report, internship pictures and survey.  Collect EP refund application package in the end of each month.  Deliver regular finance training in OGX to improve members’ finance awareness.  Responsible for the monthly reimbursement of OGX members.  Make monthly Finance Newsletter of OGX. c. Role The role of the TL is to coordinate, delegate and track taks and actities among the team members towards achievement of the individual and team goals. He/she has to adapt and implement strategies towards achieving the needed impact. Last but not least taking care of the personal development of the team members and create frutiful and thriving team atmosphere and bond. She/he is responsible for the smooth delivery of the event, satisfied stakeholders, financial sustainability and overall event management and coordination. 2.
