Misturar a Farinha de Trigo SM, a gordura hidrogenada ou banha e o sal. Ir colocando o guaraná aos poucos. Amassaraté obter uma massa lisa e enxuta.2. Deixar descansar por 30 minutos, abrir os pastéis e rechear a gosto.3. Fechar as bordas, passando a clara.4.
