Situation for the National Archive The points 1 and 4 are applicable for the NA The NA is very cautious with copyright issues. About 50 % of the whole collection is either copyright free or the NA itself is the copyright holder. We only draw photos from this 50 %. Technical protection: the resolution of the photographs is too low to use for publicational purposes.
