Researching <ul><li>Search for relevant journals/books/information in the library and on the library website. </li></ul><ul><li>Write down details of your sources. </li></ul><ul><li>Do some reading. </li></ul><ul><li>Highlight/take notes of relevant information. </li></ul><ul><li>Decide if you need to do more reading. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Writing up <ul><li>Write the first draft. </li></ul><ul><li>Read the first draft. </li></ul><ul><li>Edit the draft. Decide whether your ideas have been expressed clearly or not. </li></ul><ul><li>Get peer/tutor feedback on your first draft. </li></ul><ul><li>Redraft, read and edit. </li></ul><ul><li>Proofread essay </li></ul><ul><li>Write the contents page, bibliography and title page. </li></ul>
