  • Conclusions     It's not technology, it's what we do with it! The World Wide Web is ready for serious distance education delivery, but are we ready? University needs to "own" powerful, flexible open standard framework, personalized and customizable to device. We spend too much time and money on new educational technology to be satisfied with Telemedicine, anything less. M. Taradi, 2013. 37./39
  • Conclusions     Learning is changing. Free software can satisfactorily meet the needs of students and faculty for online teaching and learning (The National Learning Management System). The best way is blended learning, which combines online with face-to-face learning. Learning by doing is better than learning by Telemedicine, listening. M. Taradi, 2013. 38./39
