Friendly staff and lots of 'em. 2. A large selection of books (2 stories, to be exact). 3.Very clean, well-lit, fancy.  It's like the Whole Foods of libraries. Drawbacks: Lots of people love it and use it.   Expect delays on the popular books you want...
