    • Don’t have time for relax yourself
    • Not spending enough time with your friends and family
    • Working on multiple projects or doing more than one task simultaneously

    • Family tensions
    • Traffic issues –
      • long hours driving to office
      • Pollution
      • Traffic police
    • Buying your own property -Long terms home loans
    • Price of vegetables, petrol, fruits getting high

    • Become angry
    • Start blaming others
    • Negative thoughts
    • Not able to concentrate properly
    • Fear of not performing well
    • Depress

    • Divert your mind
      • Fantasy
      • Play some games
      • Do chanting
      • Listen to music
        • Whenever you want

      • Picnic, party etc.

      • By doing this you are removing unnecessary matters from your mind

    • Exercise
      • 15 to 20 min walk at lunch time or tea time

      • Thought become actions actions become habits
      • You will attract positive things in your life
      • Ayurveda says that you can attract whatever you want, just do the following thing before you go for sleep:
          • Just hold your nerves of your left hand with your right hand
          • Say the positive things or whatever you want in your life.
          • You will get it for sure 

    • Take your food on time
      • Try to take at least breakfast and lunch on time
      • Don’t watch TV or divert your mind while you are having it
      • Try to eat fresh food
        • Eat local be global – from Rujuta Diwekar book (Weight Loss Tamasha)
    • Play with kids
      • We are lucky that we have creche!!!

    • Stop Stressing, and Start Living
    • Have a relaxing day!
