Latar Belakang Perencana rumah sakit tidak mengetahui detail kebutuhan air rumah sakit Kontraktor ME berkonsultasi ke toko pompa/filter air yang tidak memiliki pengetahuan memadai mengenai WTP khususnya rumah sakit Konsultan/Kontraktor WTP yang dipakai bukan specialist rumah sakit Kualitas produk WTP dan kriteria desain dibawah standard rancangan yang baik

Fakta WTP rumah sakit di Jakarta Hanya 3 rumah sakit yang memiliki sistem semi terintegrasi dan 2 yang full terintegrasi (th. 2010) Banyak ruangan yang harus disediakan setiap ada unit medis baru untuk WTP tambahan termasuk pekerjaan plumbing tambahan pula Harus sering menguras ground tank dan roof tank karena desain pre treatment yang tidak memadai
