  1. 1. Fabulous Four Save Narnia By Jessica Cooperman Cair Paravel, Narnia - The four Pevensie children have ended the White Witch's reign over Narnia. With the help of the great lion, Aslan, the Witch was defeated in battle yesterday. The eternal winter in Narnia has ended and the four humans are expected to rule. The Pevensies encountered many setbacks in their quest to free Narnia. The greatest blow was the loss of Aslan. On arriving in Narnia, Edmund Pevensie originally joined sides with the White Witch, betraying his family. THE NARNIA CHRONICLE ARE YOU AN INFORMED MAGICAL CREATURE? - Since Dawn of Time The White Witch claimed it was her right to kill any traitors. To save Edmund, Aslan offered himself in the boy's place and was slain. Miraculously, Aslan came back to life and helped save Narnia. Very little is known about the deep magic that is responsible for Aslan's recovery. Even less is known about how the two Daughters of Eve and the two Sons of Adam came to Narnia. According to Mr. Tumnus, they are from the, “land of Spare Oom where eternal summer reigns in the bright city of War Drobe.” Pictured from left to right: Edmund Pevensie, Peter Pevensie, Lucy Pevensie, and Susan Pevensie.
