    3. 3. Executive Summary Madison Music Company is thrilled to have an opportunity to prepare an event that will bene t the VH1 Save e Music Foundation. Our event will unite the Los Angeles community in an effort to raise awareness for music education. e purpose of the event is to raise money for the VH1 Save e Music Foundation while promoting Sublime with Rome - the continued legacy of the original, widely popular band, Sublime. e event is projected to raise over six million dollars for the foundation. FOX Broadcasting Company will lm live the night of the event for a special television broadcast.

Executive SummaryBefore the concert, there will be a meet and greet where fans that purchased VIP tickets can take pictures andget autographs from the members of Sublime with Rome. e ticket prices for the concert are as follows:general admission is $55, sub level seating is $85, platinum level seating is $115, and VIP seating is $205. eticket sales will bring in $8,315,000.e concert will take place on August 13th, 2011. A perfect time to celebrate the end of summer whilekickstarting the return to school for many. e event will be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseumbecause the venue can hold about 95,000 people and California is perfect for Sublime’s target audience.
