Guiding Vision contagious  Intuition to know the way and show the way 2. Task Competent  Purpose driven. Cast vision that inspires  Need to be strong in the field of interest if to be a 3. Courage leader in that field.  To do what is right  i.e. Sportsman,  To admit mistakes & willing Academic, Scientist, etc. to take the blame 4. Strong Communicator 3. Servanthood  Translate ideas, visions into  You work the hardest when words. Body language, tone, you are really leading metaphors, choice of words.  Emphatic listening (& EQ) 4. Consistency
