    • GREECE
    • GEOGRAPHY
      • Greece is located on the south of the Balkan Peninsula. Greece has the tenth longest coastline in the world with 14.880 Km.
    • CLIMATE
      • The climate of Greece can be categorised in three types (the Mediterranean, the Alpine and the Temperate), it depends of the region of the territory.
    • LANGUAGE
      • Greek is their first or only language. 0.95% of population speak Turkish, Bulgarian and Romani.
    • FLAG
      • Nine horizontal stripes, in turn blue and white; a white cross on a blue square
    • INHABITANTS
      • In 2001 the population was 10.964.020 people.
      • In 2010 the population is 11.306.083 people.
    • CAPITAL AND OTHER CITIES
      • The capital of Greece is Athens. And two of it’s more famous islands are Rhodes and Santorini.
    • MONUMENTS AND PLACES TO VISIT
      • You can see a lot of landscapes, and visit a lot of historic monuments .
    • FOOD
      • The oldest and most characteristic ingredient is olive oil, it’s present in almost all dishes.
    • POPULAR AND FAMOUS PEOPLE
      • The most famous and popular people from Greece, are the ancient Greek gods.
