      philosophy
      With a strong philosophy focused
      on human potential maximisation,

    23. We recognize your immediate dreams, hopes and anxieties.
“Will I be able to make a name for myself?”
“How do I fathom the complex world?”
“How do I leapfrog ahead in this economy?”
“When will I start earning big?”
    24. “Our answers to these four questions are the defining features of PROTON programmes…”
    25. Strength of character
“The test of character is having the ability to meet challenges.”
      - Walter Annenberg
    26. Broad Intellectual Understanding
“Globalization has changed us into a company that searches the world, not just to sell or to source, but to find intellectual capital – the world’s best talents and greatest ideas.” - Jack Welch
    27. A lifelong network of contacts
“Individually we are one drop. Together we are an ocean.”
      - Ryunosuke Satoro
    28. A great starting job
“I’d say that my job, throughout all this, has been the most fun job
I can imagine having.” - Bill Gates
    29. PROTON business school
      Quality Policy
      A lively education experience is
all about a strong execution discipline.
      Honest education enterprises
are built through genuine value addition
and careful character building by fostering
an appropriate learning and experiential culture.
The PROTON education movement believes in a strong adherence to quality standards across the institution, in everything we do.
    30. We promise :
      Joy of learning
“We assess the success of our programmes and processes by the joy of learning that they instil in student minds. The student must enjoy seeking a deeper knowledge of both herself and the world around her. If an institutional education is unable to do that, or in fact turns a student off from further learning, its quality is decidedly poor. A quality education must be delightful.”
    31. We promise :
      Very high execution discipline
“The various education process are documented and standardized, and each educator is trained to deliver same high quality every time. ”
    32. We promise :
      Repeatability of successful experiences
“Programme components – lectures, exercises, case studies, quizzes, projects, tasks, assignments etc. - must be successfully executed on a repeatable basis. Day to day direct student feedback mechanisms must ensure this.”
    33. We promise :
      Constant upgradation using global resources
“Global faculty resources, technology tools, and networks are used to update courses, learning tools and databases constantly. Students must benefit from a central support system that is global in outlook, modern in content, and aggressive in character.”
    34. We promise :
Kaizen – in everything we do!
“The only way to ensure all this happens is to build the culture of Kaizen throughout the PROTON universe, so that day-to-day improvements are the norm, not the exception.”
    35. PROTON business school
