  2. 2. Feel yourself breathing <ul><li>Sit still and close your eyes </li></ul><ul><li>Concentrate on what happens as you breathe in and out. </li></ul><ul><li>Focus on how your chest expands and relaxes. </li></ul><ul><li>Think about what parts of your body are moving. </li></ul>
