    The formula for the circumference is 2*pi*r, since we’re talking about 1/4 of a circle, the formula here is

    C = (1/4)*2*pi*r

    r is 10.3 feet

    C = (2/4)*pi*(10.3)

    Simplify and find C

    C = (1/2)pi(10.3)

    C is approximately 16.18 feet.
