    For 2 authors, you would do this:

    Last Name, First Name and First Name Last Name.
    Title of Book. City of publication:
    Name of publisher, year of publication.


    Note: the authors’ names should be listed alphabetically according to
    last name.
    EXAMPLE:

    Christianson, Lori and Ray Road. The Secret Lives of
    Sixth-Grade Students. Boston: Houghton Mifflin Co.,
    2008.
