Using Quality to show the
gap in our ability to be think
and be human
 We have no motivation to use the Accounting Systems
◦ Which is why they aren’t used
◦ We do strategic planning and finalize these agreements in the
accounting system
 We are generally working to reward those who earned the
reward.
◦ Let’s look at the data to make sure the product manager earned the
reward
 The person get’s a reward for all people in the state “if” each person signs
up to be a member of the social network.
 Either we want to build our nation on ethical behaviors
◦ or we want to take a back seat and let other nations lead the US
Subjective Data Fact-Tax revenue
 We must truly understand the data
in order to source it from a correct
source.
 When a correct source is found,
we must really know how it can be
used.
 In this example, populations are
totaled.
◦ Each year summarized in to a total
isn’t the population
 Each year would show an increment
of the new growth
 You typically would not show a total in
population in sum
 Each year should be the current
TOTAL
Reward 40% of net sales
190 million
• You just had a major increase in sales revenue according to the rewards reported.
• You should have a large employee tax payment ready for the employee tax burden
Your Sales Revenue Tax debt and Employee paid portion of Tax debt
Rely on the Accuracy of the Performance Reported in the Accounting Systems
 White Collar Crime or Economic Instability
◦ Your revenue is x
 you pay 40% based on memberships = 190 million in California to agent
x1.
◦ You file taxes based on state population
 there are 38 million people in California
 What just happened?
 Epic Data showed a total which added each year from 2011 – 2013 (38 x
4=190)
 Did you report your revenue based on X1 agents service which is running the
numbers in the same way?
◦ You are certainly not trying to be a criminal.
 Understanding taxable revenue and the use of sales forecast
◦ You claimed 190 million in revenue for the state
 You only should have claimed 38 million for the state’
 You owe or paid for 190 million and now your books are wrong
 Why has the richness of the nation suddenly changed?
◦ We are not using the trusted source
◦ We know the numbers are just not right.
 Something just doesn’t feel right.
 We are paying rewards on virtual or subjective performance
Using a source system and Facts to
base management decisions...an ISO
principle
 I’m not sure what the numbers are telling you in your company, let’s use
the US Census data
◦ We know most companies are “all in” on Equality, then we might want to pass
this priority to your Human Resources Benefits and Workforce Development
departments
◦ We know you have prioritized supporting getting our military to work
 Awesome-let’s check out the facts about the total population and our veteran’s
 If we want to address the wicked problem of having a resilient economic
world, we must ensure we find and build work for the people within each
region.
◦ The equality problem isn’t just women and men, it’s an economic equality
problem, the color of our skin is a variable.
 Being poor should never be a conviction or life sentence
 A poor person “has more to prove and far more chance of being loyal” these are survival skills
 A poor person has far more chance of being adaptable and able to deal with difficult
situations, it’s a life skill.

Innovation In Recruiting Using data with Wisdom
 We have more women than
men in California
◦ Women are not equally
represented in the workforce nor
leadership roles
 Referral programs are the
more likely path to employment
in big companies
◦ Men will refer men
 Veterans focus will bring in
more men while helping our
military
◦ Resources are used for veterans
 If we try something new and
innovative
◦ Something that could also
measure our leadership
effectiveness
We could have benefits in all our
targets.
The majority has become the minority
What could happen to our economy?
 Economic health and risk are closely linked to the availability
and quality of education
◦ We know 57 million children are not educated or have a low quality
education experience.
◦ These are debt without any contribution to income
 In more than one part of the debt
 we need to house them, feed them, treat them, jail them and bury them.
 It’s just ignorance when we don’t educate them and hire them
 We are shooting ourselves in the foot.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
The other countries are combatting
educated adults who are not being hired
 We know the NCLB populations in the State are any variation of the
known minorities Hispanic, African and American Indian in all states.
◦ We can assume these are the left behind who have no education
◦ We can assume no employer = no taxable income
◦ We can assume debt or cost without benefits to budget income

 Lozano, Raquel
◦ CCS State Champion Wrestling 1st place
 Raquel Lozano
 Advanced Placement in all subjects
 She wanted to go to SJSU
 Her administration office chose who
was scheduled to take the SAT’s.
 Works at Panda Express she just got a .25
cent raise
 Lozano, Rechelle
◦ Class Vice President and Cheerleader
 Advanced Placement in all subjects
 Rechelle was hired at IBM one summer
but the surgery for her thyroid condition
prevented her from working
 Lozano, Joe
◦ Engineering 101 Sophomore year
 Grade A
◦ JV Captain Football
 2 years
◦ 7th grade District Science Fair winner
 8th grade Science – grade F-
 The education system has no such
grade
◦ He starts his job at Great America next
week
 He cant get his diploma as promised because
he needs elective (non core) credits.
 Are we using subjective sources again?
◦ Are we measuring what we want to avoid certain populations?
◦ Are we modeling the behaviors of our culture?
 Does it make sense to say we have no local talent?
◦ You can employ them or pay higher taxes to keep them in poverty.
