    • Understanding Stress
      • Stress by definition is a constraining force or influence as a physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation.
    • Stress in simple Terms
      • Stress can be divided in to different sub-parts:
        • Physical
        • Chemical
        • Emotional
        • Psychological
    • Physical Stress
      • Physical stress is a force
      • divided by a cross-sectional
      • area of application
      • Physical stress that can
      • lead to problems in real
      • life.
    • Chemical Stress
      • Stress that cam be induced
      • by absorbing another
      • substance.
      • Usually a stimulant
      • like caffeine or drugs.
    • Emotional/ Psychological Stress
      • Common stress that people usually have that comes from bottled up emotions and feeling.
      • Can also develop from psychological illnesses people have.
    • Effects from Stress
      • Stress can have a major effect on people and can have different outcomes.
      • People may shrug off stress like its nothing or the stress can have a wide array of effects on humans.
