    1. Moving Straight Ahead Wiki Project Visual directions for “Making a Difference In the World”
    2. Our Overall Goal:
      • Together we will build a wiki that will provide the next generation of Moving Straight Ahead students with video and audio explanations of the investigation problems.
    3. Your Group’s Goal:
      • Create a wiki entry that fully explains the investigation problem your group was assigned complete with:
          • Explanation of Getting Ready (if applicable)
          • Explanation of problem
          • Hints about ACE Questions
            • Solve similar examples
    4. Getting Ready
    5. What You Will Need:
      • SMARTBOARD Software
      • DIGITAL PAGES from your problem (Both problem and ACE question pages)
      • Example Smartboard Presentation
      • Image Snagging Software (apple has standard, windows needs jing project)
      • Wikispaces.com account with fake name
      • Ed.voicethread.com account
    6. Now That You Are Ready
    7. Step 1:
      • Solve your investigation problem on a separate sheets of paper
    8. STEP 2:
      • AS A GROUP: (minimum)
          • Use the example smartboard document and digital copies of your problem to create new images that your group will use to present the explanation of how to solve the investigation problem
    9. STEP 3:
      • Use the example smartboard document to create images that your group will use to give help and hints for solving the associated ACE questions from your problem.
    10. NOW THAT YOU HAVE YOUR IMAGES
    11. STEP 4:
      • Export your smartboard slides as images (jpegs 800 x 600)
    12. STEP 5:
      • Import your images into a few ed.voicethread.com projects
        • Make a separate thread for getting ready, for your problem, and for each section of ace questions. Think about your audience.
    13. STEP 6:
      • Add your video, voice, and/or your doodling to support your explanations.
    14. STEP 7:
      • Share your project with the world by embedding it into your wiki entry.
        • Get specifics from Mr. Powers!
