    • ensures equality of software resources

    • A computer that is used as the model for all of the others in the college
    • They are clones of the image computer
  • 5. cloning or imaging
    • The process of reformatting a computer to match the IMAGE computer
    • Makes all of the computers the same

    • Improve your workstation by….
    • Use the Self Access Software Portal
    • Request special software from IT support
  • 7. Active desktop
    • Quick access to digital resources from the workstation desktop
