Aim for 6 pieces of relevant, substantive
knowledge; don’t duplicate information
Analysis
It is not enough to simply list facts; you
must explain why it is relevant. Include
arguments for and against the view.

• Your essay should have the following:
Introduction
Set the scene, explain what you
will discuss and how you’ll do it
Main section
6 marks for Knowledge = 6 substantive
points. Keep referring back to question.
Explain why evidence is relevant
Conclusion
Summarise findings; answer question
