For this assignment you will complete a biomechanical analysis of your own performance in the freestyle swimming stroke. You must identify aspects of your stroke that are inefficient. Your evaluation must include a discussion of how you can improve the efficiency of your freestyle swimming stroke to maximize your swimming speed.
