Worker’s Compensation 2005 Indemnity Claims by Body Part (Claims, Payments and Average Payments) Upper Extremeties Multivariate display of work-related injury and illness claim information (payments for lost income, based on weekly wages, known as indemnity cost, number of claims and the average indemnity cost per claim) published by the OSH/BLS Research Program of the $70,505,094, $5,870 µ Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygeine in cooperation with the Wisconsin Workers Compensation Division from information from their 12,011 claims data base.
