  2. 2. Rules <ul><li>Why do we have rules? </li></ul><ul><li>What would happen if we did not have any rules? </li></ul><ul><li>What are some of the rules you have outside of the classroom? </li></ul>

Expectations <ul><li>Come to class prepared and on time. </li></ul><ul><li>Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself. </li></ul><ul><li>Raise your hand and wait to be called on. </li></ul><ul><li>Use kind and appropriate language. </li></ul><ul><li>Be considerate of school and personal property. </li></ul>

Consequences <ul><li>Offense : </li></ul><ul><li>3 Strikes your OUT!!! </li></ul><ul><li>If I have to talk to you about behavior 3 times you will be asked to leave the room (oh…and silent lunch) </li></ul><ul><li>If you do not leave in a timely manner you will be meeting with Mr. Kvande </li></ul>

  7. 7. Late work policy <ul><li>Homework is to be turned in ON TIME </li></ul><ul><li>If work is not turned in on time, it will be lowered. </li></ul>

Grading <ul><li>Normal, daily assignments will be graded on a 10 point scale. </li></ul><ul><li>Group work will be worth more than daily assignments. </li></ul><ul><li>Current events quizzes and notebook checks will be worth 10 points. </li></ul><ul><li>Tests will be worth somewhere between 75-100 points. </li></ul>
