El potro debe ser largado con el anca hacia los corrales. En el palo (palenque), exclusivamente, deben estar: los palenqueros, el jinete y un ayudante del mismo.
JINETEADA
The riders are place on the back of Bagual, (wild horse), over a period of approximately 6 seconds. Jineteada isn’t to brake or train a wild horse. The rider must not touch the horse, with their hands, should not take the foot of the stirrups and should not stop touching the horse with the back of his heels.
The sound of the bell announces the completion of the test, the rider should not continue and if it does, he will end up with points against his score. The pony must stand with the rump toward the corral and the inside arena is exclusively for the rider, the palenqueros and assistant. less
