Government <ul><li>The government of Haiti is a presidential republic, pluriform multiparty system wherein the President of Haiti is head of state directly elected by popular elections. The Prime Minister acts as head of government and is appointed by the President from the majority party in the National Assembly. Executive power is exercised by the President and Prime Minister who together constitute the government. </li></ul>
Government <ul><li>Native: The island of the Espaniola that is one part of Haiti was inhabited for the Taíno Arawaks, A seafaring branch of the south American Arawaks. Ayiti, which means "mountainous land“. </li></ul>

Geography <ul><li>Haiti has a very big problem because there is so much deforestation and soil erosion and also there were tropical storms that caused inundation and killed 3,006 </li></ul>
Entertainment <ul><li>The music of Haiti is very affected by the European and especially by the Spanish. Haiti style is something of vodou ceremonial and also some jazz. </li></ul>
Economy <ul><li>Haiti is one of the least developed and least stable countries in the western hemisphere. </li></ul><ul><li>It it s very different the consume of goods and service, that depends of the capital. </li></ul><ul><li>Most products are imported and expensive. </li></ul><ul><li>The tourism is something more easy to get but is difficult to find small towns </li></ul><ul><li>Industry :Accounted for 23 percent of GDP in 1988 , for 53 percent of exports, and for 6 percent of labor force. Most dynamic subsector was assembly manufacturing , mainly for USA market . </li></ul>
Language <ul><li>One of Haiti's two official languages is French, which is the principal written, spoken in schools and administratively authorized language. It is spoken by most educated Haitians and used in the business sector. The second is the recently standardized Haitian Creole, spoken by virtually the entire population of Haiti. </li></ul>
EXPORT AND IMPORT <ul><li>There is no much export, I think the most important is the food. </li></ul>
