  2. 2. Aims<br />Gain knowledge and understanding about what being creative in sport is<br />Why it is important and how it can affect performance <br />
  3. 3. What is being creative?<br />The ability to create or react to a situation in a unique, unusual or unexpected way<br />In most activities you require creativity so you can come up with solutions to different problems<br />Individual example…<br />Team example…<br />

  5. 5. Examples…<br />Gymnastics – during my headstand I put my legs into a position no one else had used by having one leg bent and one leg straight. This made my balance unique<br />Football – we got a free kick on the edge of the box. Defenders thought I was going to shoot. Instead I chipped it over the wall and my team mate volleyed and scored. <br />
