  3. 3. Overall Reflection  Throughout the course of this semester I have learned a lot about the technology standards that I will need to be proficient in, in order to be a school administrator. I understand how large of a responsibility it will be to properly ensure that both the staff and students are using technology in an appropriate manner. I also must ensure that I am encouraging my teachers to implement technology throughout the day so that my students will be more prepared when the inevitable computer testing rolls comes to be. Leadership and Vision Educational leaders inspire a shared vision for comprehensive integration of technology and foster an environment and culture conducive to the realization of that vision.   11. 11. Learning and TeachingReflection The application of the survey and the following use of SPSS has lead me to see how easy it is to gauge how computer literate the staff at the school is.
