  • 1. Theatre Booking System Lesson 2: Putting your booking system onto a spreadsheet

    • Open up Microsoft Excel .
    • Set up your spreadsheet similar to the one shown here. Make sure it includes enough blocks, rows and seats for your theatre!

  • 3. Format your cells correctly by going to Format -> Cells. You can change the background colour here and add borders 2
  • 4. Once you have finished, your spreadsheet should look something like this! 3
  • 5. Add a key to your work. You need to decide: a) What type of tickets you are going to have b) What price your tickets are going to be 4
  • 6. To change the width of your columns (to fit the titles in), go to Column -> Width . 5
