November 2008 Update Some Local Facts: Average Days on Market: 118 DOM up 16 days from October Fastest Moving Price Range: $120,000-$179,000 318 Listings up from 298 last month 36 sold in the above price range vs. 49 last month The Slowest Price Range: $400,000 plus. There are currently 135 on the market vs. 133 as per last month. Inventory: 12 plus months to sell current market. The highest price home to sell in November: $489,000 The lowest price home to sell in November: $9,900 In November $18,000,000 million dollars of real estate sold and closed. No changes to this market are in sight, Listings continuing to climb and have broke through 1,000 homes now on the market.
