It was presented on November 3, 2005 at the NOAATech 2006 Conference by Sharon Mesick, Susan Gottfried, Stacy Ladnier, and Kathy Martinolich, all from the National Coastal Data Development Center, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi as the Conference closing event.
