For example, if you didn’t work you wouldn't know how to understand things and if you couldn't do that you wouldn't get around easily. You have to learn so that you are smart in the future. Work also helps you get a job. </li></ul>

  19. 19. Rest and sleep <ul><li>Everyone should have sleep. Its always good to have a rest. Whenever you are feeling tired, sleep is the only thing that can make you fell better. After a very long day, you need a lot of sleep during the night so that you have enough energy for the next day. Usually about eight or nine hours of sleep is a perfect amount. </li></ul>
