Reasons for answer Good customer service but would recommend alternative venue Clarity of the pre –experience communication and logistics Well –prepared documentation Consistent follow up Excellent planning, Some information was a little late but was good. All arrangements worked well. How satisfied are you with the programme content and conduct of the MME - Reasons for answer We understood quickly the real benefits of the programme Really impressive achievement in short space which is good. Great personal development Difficult in first 2 days with wide range of experience – maybe need some pre read on active listening/ open questions to get base standard The programme was delivered in the right location, neutral ground. In your own words describe the best features of the programme? Interactive ways of learning about leadership. Self awareness, life journey, coaching practice and feedback. Personal dynamics created among mentors. Coaching mentoring practice and getting exposure to 7 great Syrian with great ideas/business plans. Wonderful networking experience with fellows entrepreneurs and mentors. Forced me to think out of the box The session helped me to focus on my core product and its components which effectively allowed me to utilise my personal skills and resources. Priceless opportunity to communicate with experts. I have been forced to see my business from a different perspective. Mentees comment Mentors comment

What can we do to improve the programme? There is nothing specific about the programme but I think the selection and preparation of the mentees is critically important. Fewer acronyms and slightly less documentation. Create time for the mentors to regroup. Better tools and improve the MME manual Simplified coaching models Mentees comment Mentors comment
