listing – including those that come from KW.com – will be routed
back to the listing agent.
Here’s how it works:
1. A visitor goes to www.kw.com and searches for properties or
requests a market analysis of their home. KW.com routes the
visitor to a local market center’s eAgentC Website.
2. The visitor searches all area MLS properties, and when the
visitor inquires on your listing, the lead is emailed directly to you!
If the visitor inquires on a non-KW listing, he or she will be routed
to a KW associate based on your market center’s
lead routing policies.
