Human Resources Consulting Services This service provides Express clients with an 8.5 x 11 electronic employee handbook that is client-specific and complies with state/provincial and federal requirements. Express clients can print out as many copies as they need or post to their intranet. It is recommend to clients purchasing this service to sign up for the HR hotline so they may receive ongoing support and updates on laws impacting their handbook. Employee Handbook Creation For a monthly subscription, Express clients receive access to a dedicated toll-free number where they can call and receive coaching on how to handle specific HR issues, ask general HR questions, discuss “best practices” or receive sample policies/forms. Hotline subscribers also receive an overview of state/federal employment laws, updates on significant changes in state/federal laws, a mini-audit/checklist to use in-house to evaluate current HR practices and identify questions for hotline calls, quarterly tips and updates, and access to “live” quarterly webinars on HR-related topics. Express has a third party resource available to provide this service for our clients. (US only) Affirmative Action Plan Creation The Express Risk Management Specialists team will conduct a 1- 2 day on-site audit to assess the risks associated with client’s worksite and provide coaching to the designated safety contact. Registered Apprenticeship Training Provider The Irving Office is certified with US Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, to offer apprenticeship training for Call Center/Customer Services Reps and Supervisors. As the first vendor in the State to offer this type of program, Express utilizes it’s extensive background in employment/staffing/training to offer companies/employees with a structured and progressive 288 hour training program over a two year period that qualifies a CSR to be certified Apprentice/Specialist in Call Center supervision and management.
