(You are able to be familiar with four basic focuses and four basic assumptions of Solution-
focused)
2. Experience the differences between Problem talk and Solution talk
(You are able to experience some fundamental questions needed for solution talk)
3. Learn some basic Solution-focused components in a coaching session
(You are able to learn five basic components that must be there in a coaching session and
their relevant questions)
4. Apply Solution-focused coaching in a pictorial form when coaching others
(You are able to use a picture to help you to stay focussed in coaching and help the person
to be coached to visualize the coaching goal and his action plan to move forward)
5. Coach someone effectively in less than 30 minutes through demonstrations and practices
(You are equipped to coach someone immediately after the seminar!)

Trainer’s Profile:
Moses has 15 years of experience and specialises in training and people development. Over the
years, he has worked with hundreds of leaders from institutions. He has a Masters of Arts and was
awarded with The Academic Excellence Award in his cohort. He also has a graduate diploma in HR
(Training & Development) with Singapore Human Resource Institute and was awarded The Silver

Medal for his program. In addition, he is also a certified Solution-Focused Coach with Canadian
Council of Professional Certification.
As a certified Birkman and EQ-i behavioural consultant, he has been instrumental in empowering
individuals to maximize their contributions to their organizations. He is gifted with coaching team
leaders to come up with team development guides that help the teams to achieve higher
performance and greater results. He has a unique and warmth personality that stimulates others to
participate enthusiastically in team discussion and hence a more aligned vision in achieving the
team’s missions and desired outcomes.
Throughout his career, he has conducted training in many countries including Sarawak, Philippines,
Macau, China and Sri Lanka. His special passion is empowering individuals to discover their lives’
dreams and destinies that include their family lives as well. Many couples have also benefitted from

His previous career spans in overseeing staff development. The highlight of his job is coaching staff
