    •  To understand the place that Oral Storytelling has within the classroom, and how we as beginning teachers can better incorporate it within our classroom teaching. Lesson Objective
    •   What place do you believe Oral Storytelling has within the classroom?  Who here told stories on practicum to their classes? What was it’s purpose? And effect?  What are some of the possible pitfalls we need to be weary of? Discussion Questions

    •   Demonstrate personal trailer on “Tuesdays With Morrie”  Individually take 3min to decide on a novel/film/short story and come up with a trailer to entice students to read/view it. Nominate one member from each group to present their 30sec trailer. Note: Your not giving away the whole plot, just enough to entice them. Trailer Activity
