Why do I need Accident Insurance?

These are GROUP rates. Policies are set up through automatic deduction via checking, savings account, Debit, or Credit Card.

LUMP SUM CRITICAL ILLNESS RATES: ($10,000 in guaranteed coverage)
Ages 18-29 $1.26/week
Ages 30-39 $1.97/week
Ages 40-49 $3.59/week
Ages 50-59 $6.16/week
Ages 60-69 $9.63/week
Your rates do NOT increase as you get older. You would lock the rate based upon your age when you enroll.

Aflac needs to meet with EVERY member to either enroll or waive these benefits, but has a very limited time allowance. This protection is voluntary, yet encouraged.
