    소셜2.0이란 아직 우리가 기대하는 수준의 0.1-0.2 수준에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 그것은 드러난 전경의 문제가 아니라,인식되어지는 전경을 보다 풍성하게 지원하는 후경에서의 다양한 서비스가 구비되지 못한 탓이다.참여의 여러 타원 중에서 배경에서 서서히 각인되는 참여로의 증진은 소셜한 지능 즉 시맨틱적이든 웹 2.0의 사상이 녹아서이든 여러 기능과 서비스가 후경에서 매트릭스된바탕에서 드러나게 된다. How do we measure success, not just for this initiative but in terms of social intelligence? This continues to be a very fluid and evolving marketing discipline (social media) withno standard operating scorecard if you will. We can and should take the lead. We can and should begin with the usual suspects migrating best practices Developed as a result of increased emphasis on engagement and facilitated by digital measurement Technology, merge the best practices of leading public relations practitioners.
