Likely be heading in same direction - @sirchris PLNs are the sum of all social capital and connections that result in the development and facilitation of a PLE. - @courosa Hi from Raleigh, NC! Stage 5 - Balance Stage 4 - Perspective You realise that there is much you do not know and feel like you can’t Stage 2 - Evaluation disconnect. This usually comes with spending every waking minute trying to be Interest level connected to the point that you give up sleep and contact with others around you to be connected to your networks of Stage 1 - Immersion knowledge. Stage 5 - Balance Stage 4 - Perspective This usually occurs when you are forced to leave your network for a Stage 2 - Evaluation while and spend more time with friends and family. Stage 5 - Balance Understanding that you cannot Stage 4 - Perspective know it all. Stage 2 - Evaluation You realise that your network can learn and store knowledge for you. A sense of calm and Interest level understanding that you can learn when you need to learn and you do not need to learn it all right now.
