      * PII (Personal Identifiable Information)
      * Use of PII is regulated by law but implementation has distinctions even inside EU
      * Main ideas: awareness of device carrier, privacy in off-duty
      * Practices: Germany – triggered by device carrier (on/off duty) Estonia – triggered by device owner
      * “Red button agents” – device carrier has the right to intervene by
      switching device OFF/ON (ie. Germany, Turkey)

    6. AVLX (+Regio) experience in LBSCompanies are applying business models with massive mobile information flows, there workforce is replaced by processes and events are triggered upon scenarios automatically. 7. Challenges
      * Business models vs. personal rights
      * Legislation is OK, but what about auditing it?
      * Mobile features for personal physical security are going compulsory. Should a person have the right to decline?
      * Changing it all public – in perfeclty regulated and protected society ”only” special services have privileged license to any data. Who knows what is going on behind it? How would it affect persons security and privacy if it would be opened for everybody? At least there would not be any business for black market...
